Need help deciding German SUVs! Help me?
What would you recommend– Mercedes Benz or BMW? Which has better reliability and can manage to reach over 100,000 miles without breaking down evvery month? I’ve been hearing that these German vehicles are not what they used to be.
Which is safer and more reliable?

Yes, but which one of those two is better overall, especially in reliablility and being able to get high milage. I cant buy both of them so I have to choose only one. My parents are looking for safety and reliability.
I wouldn’t buy either one of them.
If you want reliability a luxury German brand is the last thing to consider. Why do you think they are so reasonably priced when they get 3 or 4 years old. They break down all the time and they cost a small fortune to fix. Expensive German cars are not good used cars.
If you want reliable buy a Volvo, GM or Toyota.
