Are the car jacks the same and safe to use?
My parents own a 2004 Honda CR-V and a 2009 Honda Pilot. The Pilot needs to have its oil changed. I plan on using the car jacks from the CR-V and the Pilot. The question is would it be safe use the CR-V’s car jack with the Pilot’s car jack to change the oil?
Don’t work under the car using the factory jacks alone. Get some jack stands. They are inexpensive and will protect you better than the factory jacks which are for changing tires without anyone under the car.
