okay i take drivers ed over the summer and i get my permit when im 15. I am wanting a nice used car in very good condition. insurance is sure to be high when i get my license so i want a car thats reliable,safe, good gas mileage,not too small not too big, and something that can last for about 3 years.

What is Frank’s story?
