i own a cannon gun safe. i used the code to open it.. and i turned the handle to the left. it opened fine. i try to close it but it wont. the metal pieces wont go back into the door! help please!!! what do i do to make it go back in.
You might want to check the owner’s manual and contact either the store that sold it to you or with Cannon directly. Cannon safes usually are problem free. Is it a new safe? Perhaps it was like that when you bought it-maybe it got damaged in shipping?
