Poll: Do you write a check a day before payday if you receive direct deposit?

I have access to my company portal, and I get to view my online paystub which tells me how much my direct deposit is going to be 3 days before I get it.

Also most retail and grocery stores wait until the end of the closing shift to count up all of the Credit card, written check, cash, sales, and my direct deposit usually post the next day at midnight which gives me reason to assume its safe to do it.

Would you do it?

people still write checks???????

Nope.
