Walmart shoplifting policy?
I was arrested for shoplifting at Walmart 10/20/2009, and I was released on R.O.R., went through a diversion program, and had my petty theft misdemeanor dismissed. I have learned my lesson and I regret doing it in the first place.
They didn’t take my picture when they brought me to the room, and I don’t remember what they said about me coming back into the store. But my college fraternity goes to Walmart to pick up stuff for events all the time, and I ride with some of the members. I can’t just ask to stay in the car or they will think something is wrong.
What I’m asking is that if Walmart didn’t take my picture, and I paid all of my fines (even the civil dispute filed by Walmart), am I safe to go back in? I know I will NEVER steal again, but I don’t want to get arrested if my friends and parents have to go in there and I’m with them.
