Electronic safe or combination safe?
ok….. i want to buy a safe, i like the electic safe with the keypad but i hear that those are a malfunction waiting to happen, if you know what i mean, so i was thinking a safe with a combination instead. If anybody has had either for a good while i would like to know how the electric safe is and how reliable they really are. I plan to keep some files, keys as well as a fire arm inside, i like the keypad for faster access if needed. but i dont want it do malfuction and lock my stuff inside. so some tips or advice please…
i had a small home office safe with a mechanical combination lock. i found it perfectly adequate for my needs.
as for storing a fire arm, there are special safes for that item. your best bet is to turn your weapon over to the police as no one actually needs fire arms.
