well i have been in several health classes, and i remember learning that the doctor can only tell your parents if they have my permission.

To my knowledge confidentiality is absolute unless the law is being broken and they must act to protect someone and then they go to the police not your parents. I don’t know about the laws in Texas, is sixteen legal? If so and you’re over sixteen then you’re in the clear no law being broken.
