The Gusts of Suffering ,please rate 1-10?
Swirling darkness blinds the earth,
Palm tree branches scattered uopn the sandy floor,
Gusts of sand forcing your eyes open,
Causing pain and suffering,
Tears streaming down your cheeks,
Eyes red as fire in the darkness of night,
Sirens blasting from over the horizon,
Sudden silence outside the security of your home,
Neighbors encircling your neighborhood,
searching for disaster,
Streets full of murky water,
Branches protecting the surface of the dirty water,
Glass shining on the dark water-logged surface of the drive,
Just recently shattered from a near by window,
Fumes of tropical rain water throughout the area,
Feelings that you will never be safe,
A sense of insecurity,
That these drastic weather changes will never cease.
5 because it shows very boring poetic imagery, all your talking about is what you are saying. But good descriptions, all in all it’s like watching one of those sappy movies that makes you blush even when your alone. Sorry, but i would say that if you really want to right something that people will love, try and understand the emotions your trying to express, then imitate them. Anyone who can smile to hide a tear can shed a tear smiling.
