Are these good areas in Ft Worth?
My fiance is being relocated to Lockheed Martin in Ft. Worth next month. We haven’t visited yet but I’ve been looking at homes online. We have a daughter who isn’t in school yet but what is most important to us is a safe, family friendly area and good schools. I’ve looked at suburbs people say are very nice but can’t really find what we’re looking for in our price range there. I have found some nice, 3 bdrm homes for $1000 rent. It’s just so hard not knowing where they are and if it’s in a good area! Here are some of the neighborhoods the homes are in:
Remington Point Addition
Trails of Willow Creek
Sycamore Point Add
Everman Park South Add
Are these good areas? And any other info you may have would help so much! Thanks in advance
To most of us, these names mean nothing. You need to be more specific about what city you are looking in. You might try looking in Hurst, Euless, Bedford, Watagua, North Fort Worth (Keller ISD NOT Fort Worth ISD), and Keller. You do not want to send your child to school in Fort Worth ISD. I would search for homes in Keller ISD and HEB ISD. These are very good school districts and should have homes in your price range. These areas are also fairly convenient to Lockheed. Good luck! My cousin’s husband works there and likes it very much. By the way, my daughter goes to school in Keller ISD and we are very pleased with the area and the schools here.
