My sentry gun safe wont open…?
I have a green sentry safe about 4-5 years old. It has a digital key pad, and a master secret key. Inside it has a small locking safe in the top left corner. It is accepting my code, but the handle is real tight and just turns and turns, like it is not catching the valt bars or something. We can not open it, and despretly need to. Any ideas of how to fix the problem?
That sounds like the mechanism that connects the handle to eh locking pins has broken, have you tried using the master key? if that doesn’t work try contacting sentry for help… But it may need to be cut open…
