Safest State: Vermont, what do anti gunners have to say about this?
So I was reading up on Vermont being the safest state in the U.S.
Apparently ever since concealed carry is allowed for any law abiding citizen in the state of Vermont;violent crimes such as armed robberies, home invasions, assaults and murders have decreased.
Vermont has the least restrictions on legal gun ownership in the United States. Yet they also have the lowest crime rates.
I have also heard that Vermont is a VERY friendly and open minded state. Visitors and students from afar have nothing but positive things to say about places like Burlington in Vermont. Regardless of Ethnic background, heritage or beliefs.
Not the typical “racist” gun totting state people usually associate with a place.
Anyone from Vermont or has family/friends in Vermont?
Or even simply visited the state? What were your experiences like?
And I hear that Vermont is very Libertarian but NOT Liberal. What does this mean?
