need to know if multimeter is safe to buy and how many multimeters should i have?
i was wondering if getting the cen-tech multimeter from Harbor Freight would be safe to get for a first multimeter? there was one at walmart that looked ok but i read about how it would short out and that it could only read amps for like 15 secs. i have the link below to help with the answer.
also how many multimeters should one have?

Sears has meters for as low as 20.00 that will do anything most people need…
