and are they nice areas to raise a family with young kids? are they safe? and what is the average price range of a 4-5bdrm house (to buy) in the area? thx
looking for a big house in the 600-750K range… that doesn’t need a lot of renovation……or a house that can be pulled down (so not heritage listed) on a decent sized block under 450K.
