a question about bed bugs?
alright the apartment complex that i live in is infested with bedbugs and i basically had to get rid of alot of my furniture and spray it down and all that good crap, but i cant really afford to move because of the economy being the way it is it would be very difficult at this time, however, if i were to take silicone caulk and run it on the edges of baseboards around the tub base of cabinets and where ever i see a hiding spot or entry path and seal that off along with weather stripping the inside of my doorframe so bugs cant get in or out and bomb the crap out of my apartment for those little bastards and vacuum as soon as its safe would that keep them from coming in from other apartments ? and would i be able to refurnish my apartment ?

Filling any cracks with caulk would definitely help.
I also recommend putting Gorilla tape on the floor of all of the walls of your apartment. Put the tape sticky side up. The tape will trap any bed bugs that try to cross it. However, bed bugs are tenacious. It’s possible they might still find a way into your apartment.
I know you said you can’t afford to move, but I would continue to look into that option.
