Possible Lawsuit?
So i went to the store the other day to purchase one of those fireproof safes. I brought it home and put all of my important documents in it. After that, I decided that I wanted to test out the safe, so I lit a match and threw it in. All of my documents burned. The thing is a piece of shit. What should I do now?

Home Safes: The Essential Need
Fire or any other likewise natural calamity does not come knocking on the door before. It is as accidental and sudden as a wink of your eye. A home safe provides the solution to the above mentioned problem. This home safe is also known as the fireproof home safe which hold on to your precious belongings, like your documents, jewellery or any other things which are at most importance to you. There may be an alternative of submitting these things on hold in your nearest bank which provides you a personal space for all these things but still many people don’t prefer to keep these things away from their sight hence have the need to get their own fireproof home safe.
These home safes are not fireproof but they may be fire resistant i.e. they protect the enclosures they hold in a fire incident for a particular period of time as the temperature constantly increases. Also there are authorities who have rated and analyzed these safes and have hence been classified in different classes. This classification is on the basis of the temperature at which the safe can prevent the paper inside it from the fire. Class C has the maximum limit of 1700 degree Celsius, class B has 1850 degree and finally Class A, the best one has the maximum range of 2000 degrees. This is the upper limit hence when the temperature is above this, the safe is unable to do anything and the paper inside is set on fire.
The safe is priced on the basis of the class to which they belong and also on the basis of the amount of space in it. They may range from a $50 small safe to a $200 large safe. Other more expensive safes are used for commercial purposes or gun safes. Also specialized safes are made for the protection of computer material like hard drives, optical disks etc and may cost on the higher side.
