Peoria brakes from its daily activities to bear witness to the great Hyundai Sonata

Safety is among the most important features I look for in a new car buy. When it comes down to it, I care more about my family staying alive than I do about getting from point A to point B. Of course, we hope in this lifetime that we do both – but things don’t always end up that way. Regardless, we move forward, we progress, like tiny worker drones because, when it comes down to it, our passion and our drive is all we really have. Peoria brakes are what saved my life the night my car spun out of control and careened into oncoming traffic. I was able to stop my car, and if it wasn’t for my Peoria brake service, it most certainly would have gone poorly. If my brakes weren’t in such great shape (and sometimes we forget to treat our cars with the delicacy and respect that they deserve), then I would have been happy to have a car that can withstand a tough situation. Therefore, I choose the safest cars, because I wouldn’t want to be caught in a situation like that with more on the line than my bumper.

The standards of safety are beginning to rise naturally with the introduction of newer, better technologies that assist drivers in their rides. Because of this, the Transportation Department could justify upping the ante in terms of safety ratings for new cars. Peoria brakes are great, but you want to know that you have that backup in case you need it. I’ve owned plenty of Toyota’s with great safety ratings – but would the brand make the cut with the higher standards? Unfortunately, the Toyota Camry, what we once thought of as one of the safest cars on the road, only logged a “3″ score. There were only two cars that garnered the coveted five star rating under the new system. One of them was the BMW 5 Series. The other? A car that’s been heralded as one of the best vehicles on the market: the 2011 Hyundai Sonata. This isn’t the first accolade the car has one, but it could perhaps be one of the most important. Your Peoria brake service has treated a number of these cars, and they agree that the Sonata is among the safest cars in circulation right now.

While it’s great to see the Transportation Department kicking the auto industry into shape, it is pretty difficult when you realize that not many cars made it up to snuff. Peoria brakes owners would agree that even though they have solid breaks, the other cars on the road might not. Not having many cars to choose from that are up to standards makes the buying decision a little more difficult for drivers out there. At the very least, you know you have two choices when it comes to owning the safest cars on the road. If you love your family and want what’s best for them, you’ll be sure to test drive a Sonata and head to a Peoria brake service today.

2010 Chicago Hyundai Santa Fe Limited Overview

2010 Hyundai Santa Fe Limited Overview

The designers and engineers at Hyundai created the 2010 Hyundai Santa Fe to have the power and utility of an SUV with the efficiency of a car.  Needless to say they accomplished their goal and then some with the Santa Fe Limited.  The designers have created a luxurious intelligently designed car with loads of features.  While the engineers were able to provide you with the power you expect from a SUV with the fuel efficiency of a car.  Needless to say safety was not forgotten while designing the Santa Fe and it comes with the latest safety features.  The Santa Fe also has the Hyundai Advantage, America’s Best Warranty.

The first thing you will notice about the Santa Fe Limited is its beautiful and luxurious design.  The interior designers surely had a difficult time designing an interior that matched the exterior design.  As I mentioned, the Santa Fe has loads of standard interior features including telescopic steering column, trip computer, satellite radio, hands free phone system and seatback storage to name just a few.

Power and fuel efficiency are two things you don’t typically hear in the same sentence, although the engineers at Hyundai were able to find a way to combine the power you’d expect from an SUV with respectable fuel efficiency.  The Santa Fe Limited comes with a 3.5 liter V6 engine and pumps out 276 horsepower at 6300 rpm while maintaining a respectable 20mpg city and 26mpg highway The Santa Fe Limited also comes with Shiftronic, originally developed for sport cars, Shiftronic lets you manually choose gears when driving on inclines, windy roads, or preparing to pass.  When designing the all wheel drive, Hyundai decided to go with the BorgWarner ITM 3e.  This is an electromagnetic clutch-type system that sends 95% of the power to the front four wheels, until a low traction situation is encounter, in which case up to 50% of the power can be apportioned rearward,   which in turn gives you better efficiency than systems that are always on.

The Santa Fe Limited comes with all the latest safety features, so you can relax in the luxurious interior knowing you are protected with the latest technology.  The Santa Fe Limited comes with Electronic Stability Control, a Traction Control System, Electronic brake force distributor, occupant classification system, active front head restraints and six airbag, giving you and your family the safest ride possible.  The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) concluded that SUV’s equipped with ESC experience 67 percent fewer single vehicle crashes and 63 percent fewer single vehicle fatalities.

The Santa Fe Limited comes with the Hyundai Advantage, America’s Best Warranty.  This warranty gives you five year or 60,000 mile bumper to bumper protection, ten year or 100,000 mile powertrain protection, and seven year unlimited mileage corrosion perforation protection.

Overall the Santa Fe Limited is definitely a CUV you will want to consider if you are in the market for an SUV or CUV in 2010.  It comes with a heap of standard features, the latest safety technology, power and efficiency and a top of the line warranty.  Making it one of the top CUV’s of 2010.
