Can you use child safe door handles on the front/entry door.?
My wife got one of those electronic keyless locks that cost $100+ instead of the child safe door handle because she thinks they are fire hazards. Now we have to rely on the other kids to lock when they leave and return whereas the handle cost 1/ 100th the cost and does the job way easier. We live on a very busy road w a high volume of large vehicles. I don’t understand how its a fire hazard to any1 but my 2 1/2 yr old cuz she’s the only one who can’t open it and she wouldn’t be alone anyway.
My friends all just use the child safe door handles and have no problems.
