How do I delete a folder or file that is locked.?
I have a folder called msn game zone with a subfolder title windows. In this subfolder are files that when I tried to delete them they keep repopulating back. I cannot delete them. I have no idea how these files got on my system.
I have tried rebooting, safe mode, unlocking, etc. Nothing works.
Any help would be appreciated.
