Lease in North Carolina?
I just relocated to Raleigh, North Carolina and am familiar with the area. I just signed a lease a house in Southeast Raleigh, and went to inspect this afternoon. I quickly realized I'm not in a safe neighborhood. I have not seen this before when I was with the real estate agent, as it was during the day and one was not on the street. Is there some form of contract? It's been two days since I signed. Thanks!
I have seen some companies that are willing to do this within a very short window (usually within a week, so act quickly). Personally, I remain away from SE Raleigh. I live in the south of Raleigh, near Willow Springs and love it down here! It's very nice, quiet and a bit of a country feel. Rents are cheaper than in North Raleigh and Cary, in addition to an easier travel in the center. There are some great houses for sale in this area also can be even more cheaper than renting!
