Brick , NJ ; the safest U.S.city alive . Congratulation ! but how ?
Amherest is second in the list . But the question is : how to become a safe city ?
1. Keep the population down. Safe cities become big wicked cities when the population goes to 2000 people.
2. Keep a water supply that is above reproach. It should be tested regularly, and results posted in newspaper or available.
3. If it has a railroad there should be a proper noise maker as warning, and whatever other safety precautions the city fathers decide upon.
4. It should maintain as many police men/women as is needed for its size, etc.
5. Its air should pass clean standards.
6. If it maintains a jail or prison it should uphold and maintain laws and order.
7. When and if the water supply is getting on short supply for the degree of the city’s expansion, methods for water increase should be taken up.
8. Cities should not be allowed to expand beyond a certain agreed upon size. When this is allowed to happen it is a strain on the police force.
