What laptop is a better buy … Gateway? or HP?
OK … I need a decent laptop for school. I am looking for between 4 – Range of $ 600 but $ 600 is the highest I go. Previously, if two in mind that im kinda torn about. it is a gateway to NV5378U $ 499 at Best Buy and HP DV4 2041nr Office Depot for the same price … Gateway so far has some advantages, HDMI is a 15.6 with 4 GB of memory with a 500g hard drive … while the HP has a single 320g and is 14.1 inches. I just looked to the gateway, but I remember not always have the best reputation. Thus, in the thought of being sure that I'm a bit leaning towards the HP …. lol see my Delem? anyone here who can offer me the best advice would be greatly appreciated. I do not need anything fancy Dancy, but I want one damn thats gunna do a good job. thank you all
oh gosh, and my father a CV and my brother has a gateway. my dad really care much of his stuff, but his laptop is beginning to wear out and he only had it for like 2 or 2.5 years. the fan is really loud and it is extremely heavy. my brother has a gateway and it takes horrible care of her, but she is still standing. However, letters and numbers on the keys are starting to fade and one fell! I have a mac though, and I would certainly say macs are better;) hehe I know this is not the issue if you are … but I would go with the bridge!
