Is it safe to wrap your laptop in cling wrap?
but leaving a space for the vents of course and for the mousepad and all. Is this a good way to protect your laptop and keep it like new? if not what else is out there? I had my compaq for years and there is a permanent print of the bottom of my palm on the place where i rest it to type (or play games lol).
That would be unwise since the cling wrap will probably melt when the laptop heats up during normal usage.
The permanent marks on the laptop are standard wear and tear. The only way to keep a laptop like new is to keep it on a shelf and never use it.
Don’t worry to much about the looks, all that really matters is that it works.
