anyone know some good accommodation in London that good price but safe and clean?
Hoping to go back to London either beg May or in Summer and know flights so cheap so not a problem but accommodation is.Want somewhere cheap and clean and safe as wil have my child with me also, not far from Tower Bridge.
There several great youth hostels scattered across the heart of London, including one right by St Paul’s Cathedral (just upriver of Tower Bridge, three stops on the District or Circle line from Mansion House tube, nearby.
Prices there start from £21.95 a night for adults and £16.50 for children up to 18 years old. Fantastic value. =)
The ‘YHA’ (Youth Hostels Association) is a bit of a misleading name — there are no restrictions on age at all, and you get a really happy mix of people including many families.

A bit further downriver, there’s another hostel by the Thames in Docklands (nearest station = Canada Water, on the Jubilee tube line and the DLR (Docklands Light Railway)). There’s also a riverbus stop very near (Nelson Pier), for trips up the Thames. The Thameside hostel would be good if you want to explore Greenwich and the Thames Barrier, but is also within easy reach of Tower Bridge.
