Empty Registry Keys on a brand new computer?!?

I just purchased a laptop dell computer and i have not installed ANYTHING except adobe reader, cakewalk, and wise registry cleaner. Wise found over 500 errors including empty registry keys. If this computer is brand new, and I havent uninstalled anything yet, why do i have empty registry keys? are empty keys sometimes necessary? Is it always safe to delete those and also are there any registry entries that are always safe to delete or should i always investigate every entry for safe deletion?

Many applications store the name and path of recently opened files in the registry, these will be empty if haven’t opened many files with these applications, it is nothing to worry about.

If you don’t understand what a particular registry entry is, don’t change it, you can make your pc unbootable.

Some of the registry cleaners can be a little too agressive.
