Are airline companies forcing aeroplanes to fly although the ash cloud situation is unclear?
Various EU countries opening airspace although the ash cloud situation is still variable and unclear–today I saw a flight from Vancouver to London that circled over the Isle of Man for more than 9 hours because the plane could not land. Is it truly safe to fly? It seems like companies only want to start flights to avoid losing revenue.
I have my own suspicions that they’ve gave in to the pressure from the airlines.
