I own a sentry safe digital password safe that I forgot the combination to?
Now I have some very important documents in this safe but I have no idea how to open it again. Please help, it has a 0-9 numerical keypad meant to type a password into.
I used the factory password.
I don’t know what this means but it says MSW3517 BG83945* on a sticker on the front.
Without remembering the code your only option (apart from destroying the safe to get it open!) will be to contact Sentry to get them to send you a master unlock code.
Here’s what the manual says:
First, find your safe’s Serial Number. The Serial Number is printed on the small label on the left and right side of safe (outside). Send this, a notarized letter stating you are the safe’s owner, and a check or money order for $6.00 (U.S. funds) to: Sentry Group, Dept. 200, 900 Linden Avenue, Rochester, NY 14625-2784, USA.
