question about gluten intolerance?
i am gluten intolerant.
i just want to know if it is safe to eat certain foods that are gluten free but have been in the same plate or touched something non-gluten free during the process of cooking?
e.g. i just had some chicken that had some breadcrumb stuffing but i made sure not to touch any of the stuffings, is that safe?

Being gluten intolerant has different level of intolerance and if its low or high you cannot always be careless about these things becasue gluten is gluten and it can still make you ill. You need to avoid cross contamination as possible becasue there is always a risk of getting ill from gluten with just a small amount of gluten contamination.
