Safety, Cheap places to dye your hair?
Is it safe to go to a place that will dye your hair for a lot cheaper price than the other salons? The only thing stopping me is money and I found a good place that dyes hair for only $35. Why is it so cheap? Is there anything I should be concerned about as far as safety? I don’t want them to burn my scalp or turn it orange.
