Can washing your balls give you staph infection?

One day someone told me that if I washed my balls to much, it could give me staph. Since then I avoided washing my balls like a plague but today I noticed some weird yellow hairs on the underside of my penis so that freaked me out and I washed them very well and shaved the yellow hairs off, but I’m still wondering, is it really safe to wash my balls?

Ways To Stay Safe During The H1N1 Flu Season

There is much talk about the H1N1 flu making headlines stating that once children are in schools, there will be a big outbreak. When the weather gets cooler and more people are congregated closer together, the chances of actually getting H1N1 increases. Children and young adults are the most susceptible to getting swine flu so before winter sets in it’s best to stay safe and help your children stay safe and H1N1 free.

One of the first things to decrease the chances of getting sick is to wash your hands at all times. Carry a hand sanitizer in your purse and car and use it before you enter a building and after you exit a place. During a typical day you will meet many people, shake hands and handle items that others were handling. This is prime germ city so to be safe, wash your hands diligently or use a hand sanitizer.

To help your children stay safe, wash their toys weekly. Gather up all the hard plastic toys and place in the bath tub. Fill the water with hot water and some bleach and let it soak for 10 minutes or so. Rinse off the toys and let them dry before you let your children play with them. For soft plush toys, run them through the washing machine to get them germ free.

Another way is to keep up on your vitamins and supplements on a daily basis. Consider taking a multi-vitamin, B12 Complex, Omega 3 Fatty Acids and a Vitamin C. Loading up on vitamins and supplements is a great way to stay healthy and it will help your body be prepared for the flu season. Make sure to start taking vitamins about 6 weeks before fall and winter. It will take about that time for your body to be fully equipped to handle any sickness.

A final consideration to staying healthy and decreasing your chances of getting H1N1 is to stay hydrated. Drink at least 8 tall glasses of water and limit your intake of coffee and soda drinks as these will dehydrate you instead of hydrate you.

The best way to stay safe is to be updated on the H1N1 and to keep yourself healthy.
