Where is the safest apartment/neighborhood to live at in the Greater Seattle/Everett Area?
My husband is on deployment where is the safest area to live near the Everett Naval Base? Bad experiences in Everett…Is there a certain part of Everett that has lower crime rates then the SouthWestern part??
You can find safer areas not too far away by going further south to Mukilteo or Edmonds or southeast toward Mill Creek. The areas of Mukilteo and Edmonds that are near Puget Sound generally tend to be better than those further east. Some safe neighborhoods you might want to check out include Harbor Pointe or Picnic Point or anything near the Mukilteo Speedway.
