Pls recommend a clean hotel in San Francisco?

I will stay in San Francisco around the end of June to end of Sep. About 3 months. However, I haven’t found a fitting hotel.
Pls suggest a clean, safe one to me. My budget is 1000 per month(include tax). Thank you lo..
