please help me get rid of this trojan??????
hello i am using kaspersky internet security 7.0.1.321 latest version with the latest virus definition updates.i am unable to get rid of this trojan.please help me.
when i try to get rid of it it says:

i tried to perform a full system scan in safe mode but i still couldn’t get rid of this trojan downloader program.

i am unable to contact kaspersky about the issue because i lost the login name and password to enter their personal cabinet.
Run your PC in safe mode. (Tap F8 at start up) That’ll prevent the virus from running, there either disinfect the Trojan, or remove it. Here are also manual removal instructions:
1. Open registry editor. (Start—>Run—>type regedit)
2. Click “Edit” then “Find”.
3. Type in the Trojan’s value name into the box.
4. Once it has been found, right-click on the value name, and click delete, there shoudl be a registry key with its sub keys, delete the key and its subkeys will be deleted with it. You may need to repeat this process several times, depending on how many copies it has made of itself.
