Why doesn’t my AVG Search Shield work?
I have AVG Free 9.0, but the Search Shield won’t work. On my sister’s laptop (she has the same AVG version), next to search results is the Search Shield rating. I have the AVG Security Toolbar, and I went to the toolbar options, and it lets you tick the boxes of what ratings you would like the Search Shield to display (green: safe, yellow: questionable, orange: risky, grey: unknown) and all of them are ticked. Please help!
