Trouble with opening a sentry safe?
Model: CSW3460
I have the key and the combo. But when I tried to open it, it won’t open.
Is the safe broken?

…It does not run on batteries and I’ve checked it is definitely on a flat surface. (the floor is obviously flat)
I’m not sure what model this is, but I’ll try to offer something anyway. I also have a sentry safe that sounds similar (key and combo locks). I have also had problems opening. Mine is the dial-type of combo lock. If you have this, try subtracting one from the middle number of the combination that was provided with the safe. It works for me.
If you have the keypad type of combo lock, this won’t be of any help. Sorry.
