Absolutely
If there are not holes in the bottom…. you can drill them.
As for fasteners it all depends what you want. If you don’t mind larger holes use ½ or ¾ inch lag bolts…… if you have carpet you can almost make the holes disappear when you go to move the safe.
Smaller holes – use some decent sixed screws #12’s would be sufficient.
The primary objective is to prevent someone from easily removing the safe. I say easily because if someone has the time they will get it but most robbers want a quick in and out.
