Help with a security safe!?

There’s a sentry home security safe in the floor of my dads closet and we want to open it but we don’t have any spare cash to buy anything and we already called the sentry place but since its an older model it doesn’t have a number or something to identify it with we need some help and please don’t just say “in the movies they just put they’re ear on it and listen to it click”. I would prefer serious answers with links and maybe a video link or something. Thank you.

even with a stethascope the odds of opening a good safe that way are pretty slim for an amateur. If you do not want to destroy the safe your best bet would be to call in a locksmith. If your dad is still alive and does not know you are getting in his safe then shame on you.
