i have an old safe from your company,ID# 1635067, and have forgotten the combination.?
My lock smith suggested that i e-mail you. can you help? there is nothing in the safe but i would like to use again. without the combination, my lock smith said he could drill holes in it, but the we would not be able to replace the dial. its a Sentry Valueguard series 1310, ID number 1635067
We get this problem a lot. Just send us your address and we’ll send someone over next Wednesday between 10 am and 3 pm who can open it.
