We have this old safe that we lost the combination to. How many turns for the combination? How many numbers?
We found this one number, can anyone tell me if its a combination or the model of the safe? The number is: B 7**** *=a number

I had a small one that the lid actually ripped off.
I contact Sentry and they sent me a new one without me returning the broken one to them. Great Customer Service.
My guess is that that number is part of the serial number, and Sentry may be able to tell you how to change the combination if they can’t tell you the real one.
