how can i open my sentry model 1600 safe? I put in the correct code an sounds like it opens but nothing?
This is an older wal-mart model. I put in the same code i have used for years. It has a lower sounding click than usual…..is the battery low? does it have a battery? How do I open this safe without damaging it?
If your Sentry is like mine, the battery compartment is just below the keypad. Remove the cover with a paper clip. Pop in new batteries and you should be good to go.
