How is the Vista Del Canon , CA neighborhood?
Has anyone lived there? What are the demographics? Is Newhall a safe area to live in the greater LA area? What is the commute time to Sun Valley close to the Burbank Airport?

The worst part of living there will be the commute. The 5 and 14 are now like the “Corona Crawl”, where lots of suburbanites moved to nice, outlying areas, but now cram the freeways. Commute times to Sun Valley can be anywhere from 20-90 minutes.
