Tetra Safestart Bio-Spira
Tetra Safestart Bio-Spira
Is anyone familiar with Tetra SafeStart?
I know that has replaced SST bio spira and I was a little confused about how to use it as the bottle doesn't say much more. Do You add water, wait 24 hours, add technical support services, wait a week, then add a couple of fish? or do u add water, wait 24 hours TSS, and add a few fish. I'm a little confused. Can aquarium salt and / or principal will be added to it? I read that the first CAN NOT be used with it, but I'm not sure. is supposed to change a little water after using TSS? When I suppose to test the ammonia / nirtate / nitrite with that?
I do not see why not primarily be used with it. Only reason may be that the first reduces oxygen levels and bacteria from your TSS will also be competing for the same amount of oxygen. There is only proper ventilation and should be fine. I would add water, wait 24 hours, add technical support services, add 1 or 2 small fish, and gradually the level of storage. Load biodiversity is the key issue, which control not only the number of fish in the tank, but also the amount of food. Good luck:)
