my computer wont turn on anymore, my sister turned it off by pressing the button and holding for 10 secs?
everytime we turn it on it goes to the screen that asks you if you would like to start it on safe mode and any mode we pick it just goes to the windows is starting up or whatever and then just goes back to that screen again. help!!

Remove Symantec AntiVirus 10 with the Best Symantec AntiVirus 10 Removal
To force remove Symantec AntiVirus 10 successfully, you need to make sure that the program has been fully closed, and all of its registry keys have been cleaned up.
