What is the right surge protector for a treadmill?
I need a surge protector for a treadmill, and according to the instruction book It needs to be:
1. UL 1449
2. Voltage rating of 400 or less
3. surge dissipation of 450 joules
4. 120 Volts AC and 15 amps
I picked up this one from Best Buy and was wondering if it was safe this is the link to the Best Buy page:

If this Monster surge suppressor is the same as Monster cables and wires I won’t use it. They’re overpriced hype in my opinion. For a good surge protector use Tripp Lite Isobar. This is all we used at our remote radio sites. They cost a little more but have real protection. Link’s below if you want to check it out.
