Little water as possible to Wall Outlet?
I cleaned my turtle tank and I accidentally splashed a small amount of water behind the tank, he ran along the wall and seemed to stop at the exit but I'm not sure. I connected by a strip that has all the lighting, filters, etc connected. I immediately disconnected and wiped the wall and I had a fan blowing on it for about 30-45 min. I can not tell if the water got into it or not, it seems that the wall got most of what was probably less than 2 ounces of water. Is it safe to plug the power strip into the wall? It's just a regular 3-pin plug … no buttons reset or anything
I unscrew the plug, to remove it. If there is water in it you know. if there is water there, put gloves on your hands, and then take a towel and get all the water. To be sure I would not be making anything new in the management of at least 24 hours, you can short-circuit breakers if there is water there and electrocute you something. You also can ruin everything you connect in.
