what would a winchester mod 94. ranger 25years old never fired. be worth ex.cond safe kept.?
The Ranger models were the no frills, low end, Winchester rifles. Having the box and paperwork would make it more valuable.
I would say that in 100% condition, without the box, it might bring between $275 and $300. With the box and paper, $325 to $350.
How did I arrive at this pricing? A new Marlin 336 rifle in 30-30 will presently have a street price of about $350. I’d consider a like new Winchester Ranger on par with a new Marlin 336.
