How to find a safe refuge for the poor nations’ children?
In a very low ranking 3rd world country, where work is seemed to be the children’s best economic refuge and an alternative shelter for them from other abuses, how to build a sustainable strategy for sending these kids to the schools and keeping them there? Their parents cannot afford it. Left back in the home (or on the streets) by their working parents, these children become the most vulnerable group for abuses and exploitations.
Being a poor nation they cannot provide much for social welfare to attend to poor children. Rich countries i think should help these poor nations. Another is for their government to limit population growth which they cannot take care.

La Paz officials visit to spread tourism message
Reports of widespread violence in Mexico instigated a visit from officials from La Paz, Redondo Beach’s sister city, and other Mexican officials to emphasize that the Baja California Sur city is one of the safest in North America and will soon be one of the country’s flourishing tourist destinations.
