Is a a VISA CASH PASSPORT CARD safe and convienent when travelling to China is it accepted everywhere you go?

Are the travelex cash passport cards redaily accepted worldwide? Is ther a limit to how much money I can withdraw from an ATM and how and where can I draw money? Are Chinese trains safe to carry large amounts of luggage? HELP! any information on travel in China will be really appreciated!!!

I would not travel on Trains with alot of luggage. The trains are pretty crowded, especially this time of year and during the summer. If you have one big luggage it should be fine, anything more and you will be stuffing it in between the beds (if you choose a hard sleeper) or it will be unsecure and out in the open for theives to steal (if hard seat or soft seat) Checking your luggage on the train has its own unique set of monumental challenges.. Don’t ever check your luggage on the train if you have any hope of wanting to see it again in the near future.

I use Travelex all the time when I go to China, but it really depends on the type of cities where you are staying. Even though you will see numerous logos for Mastercard and Visa, you will likely have to go to the largest bank branch of the Bank of China in any small town to medium size town that you visit.
